I loved it!

The hotel was absolutely great and placed in a historic-style building. The location was great and unbeatable and the private parking was outside. The breakfast was lovely with a sandwich, an omelette, and the team was lovely and kept the space clean.

Impressive lobby, attentive staff, rooms beautifully decorated, but definitely not worth the £230 per night stay. No luxuries of other 5 star hotels. We were moved to a 2 star hotel (because of a gas problem in the hotel), this hotel was far tattier but served the same purpose as the Burdigala. Not 5* at tops a 4* but even that is generous.

Friendly staff at the front desk who make your stay feel special. Convenient location close to all the fun stuff to see and do around here. 🌟

Would go back in flash and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is terrific, has nice views and INCREDIBLE location so close to main attractions of Bordeaux, a big shopping mall and bars and restaurants.

it would have been much better if tea and coffee had been available in the room, at these prices it is the least that one can expect

The breakfasts here were amazing, with a delicious sandwich that hit the spot. 🥪 You can't really ask for anything better than that. the central location is perfect, with a nearby restaurant just a stone's throw away. I also had a fantastic dining experience at a gourmet restaurant in the vicinity.

By and large, it was comfortable place for sightseeing in Bordeaux, had much fun and met professional staff at the Reception Desk. The location was ideal there, to water front. Moreover, it was right by a pedestrianised shopping street as well as the main esplanade and water mirror. The gourmet restaurant and wine bar were also available.

The Location here is great, right in the middle of everything. Our room’s bathroom was really nice. the staff were super lovely and made us feel welcome the minute we walked in 👌.

The room we stayed in was recently renovated and had a big, cozy bed; the hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and business district.

The brand-new room was soundproof and included fresh drinks from the minibar. the large bathroom was a great amenity. - the hotel's location was perfect for visiting a fine arts museum nearby.
